A: Our lease includes a "Transfer by Employer" clause. If you must move due to military orders or a job transfer that is over 50 miles away, then we will terminate your lease at no cost to you. Otherwise there is a $200 re-leasing fee for early termination.

A: Yes, we charge a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for each pet allowed. This fee helps cover the additional cost associated with cleaning a home after the tenant moves out.
